This group gathers to pray, support, and learn the contemplative prayer practices: Centering Prayer and Lectio Divina as taught by Fr. Thomas Keating and Contemplative Outreach. They meet weekly on Tuesday at 7pm in the Chapel to encourage growth in relationship with God through silent prayer by consenting to the presence and action of God within each of us; and praying Holy Scripture in the Lectio Divina method. Group sharing nurtures an open, supportive, and inclusive environment. All who pray or meditate in silence are welcome no matter their method of contemplative prayer.
